The heart of a restaurant is its kitchen. In the Druckwasserwerk the heart beats primarily for the traditional, but creative German art of cooking. We focus on traditional cooking in connection with modern influences, on transparency of the origin of food and on controllable quality.
The absolute freshness of all the used ingredients and products out of the region takes first place: A fish should sheerly and clearly taste of fish, the bio-beef comes from the alpine pasture and the game from domestic hunting. The regionally inspired cuisine is based on savoury ingredients, spices of high quality and fresh herbs.
